However, the staff is very polite, helpful, and can find the way to enter the hotel easily. They need to provide the same welcoming feeling to all nationalities and races. The location is right in the heart of the new city, offering easy walks and feeling safe and secure. The dining options are delightful with domestic fruits and dishes. Overall, the hotel requires improvements in room lighting and cleanliness to match the expectations.
